Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

2. Conditions for Return

To be accepted, the return must comply with the following conditions:

• The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt
• Opened food products are not refundable for hygiene and health reasons

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@sicilianutriction.com stating:

• Order number
• Product to be returned
• Reason for return

We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the product is defective or not compliant with the order.

5. Refund

Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
